Having worked at DGI since 2001, Tawny is profoundly invested in the firm. Candid and direct, Tawny tells people — regardless of position — what she thinks. It’s not about being a thorn in anyone’s side. She genuinely wants everything to be the best.  

An only child, Tawny learned from her parents to be a self-reliant problem solver. She applies these characteristics to all aspects of life, including work, where her title doesn’t really cover the gamut of her responsibilities.  

Tawny is an accounting, trade settlement, administration, and human resources guru whose job continually evolves. This evolution is a product of Tawny’s passion for learning new skills and technologies.
